Who We Are
Greg & Toni Lutsenko have been building homes together for over a decade.
Greg, comes from a family of European builders. He is a red seal carpenter and has a Bachelors degree in Science.
Toni is our in-house architectural design technologist and the part of our team that has a way of converting what our clients will love into floor plans and designs. We have added members to our team that has allowed us to implement building management software, find and implement new building products and systems, and keep our jobsites running smoothly.
We’ve grown into a trusted name in property development, custom home building, and real estate investment. Each project reflects our unwavering commitment to quality and innovation.
